Q: How can you claim there is a Plan for humanity? Just look at the mess out there; surely somebody is not doing their job.
Many would assert the world is in chaos and daily we continue to destroy ourselves. Further the idea of a spiritual plan for humanity is absurd; just look at our track record and the growing materialism, addictions, and physical and sexual abuse/exploitation of our young. Additionally, historically, so-called spiritual leaders have been responsible through war and greed for some of our greatest suffering. In fact today many of the churches continue as some of the richest corporations on earth.
This description of humanity’s self-destructive capacity is true; however it describes only part of the picture. It neglects our higher nature and the unselfish efforts of billions. For example none of us would be here without the love and care of parents, friends and relatives. The fact that religious leaders start wars for their own interest does not take away the fact that many continue, in their role of clergy, to serve the higher law, fight for reform and help whenever they can.
From a spiritual perspective, events and experiences are neither bad nor good. Events must be evaluated using the criteria of learning, service and how each brought us closer to our higher self.
Spiritually, suffering is a friction with the potential to speed our learning. On another level it may be an inevitable outcome of the situation causing harm.

Raising Better People
People treat others badly
Because they do not know
How to treat themselves well.
The ills of the world
Are correctable only
By raising better people.
Better people are produced
Only through higher knowledge.
Higher knowledge is available
If you search for it
And are fitted to receive it.
That is the quandary.
The task of the rightly Guided Ones
Is to tend the flame of knowledge
And under the proper conditions share it.
These conditions include:
Right time, right place and right people.
So you think I am talking in riddles?
Perhaps I am or maybe
You need to change your way of thinking.

Choosing How to Live
Let me be perfectly clear: most if not all of the problems on this planet are caused by humanity and not caused by God/Light.
Presently this world is the way it is right now because people wish it to be this way; having set in motion natural laws which result in chaos, conflict, hunger and disease.
For a very long time now, humanity collectively has failed to acknowledge and live by the natural laws which govern our lives, physical planet and universe.
Too many voices have drowned out, with personal priorities, that each person has primary responsibility to self, family, community and larger world. Part of these responsibilities include: guarding and using our thoughts, globally sharing, protecting and helping one another.
As a species, long have we forgotten we are responsible for our thoughts, our actions, one another and our fellow living creatures. We have forgotten, we are responsible for a Magic Wand: the thoughts we think and the actions we initiate physically and through our consciousness.
Let me ask you-why must one person have six houses and another go homeless? Why must one die from starvation while tons of foods are thrown out each day? Why must one go without treatment for disease while pharmaceutical corporations rake in billions? Why must one nation refuse to share its resources with another and threaten the world with nuclear disaster?
Yes, these are conscious choices made by people each day, all creating our collective reality. Remember our thoughts and energies govern and create a vast Kingdom.
For most people, what we think, create and do each moment and day is really up to us. How we choose to live our lives and influence others, our community, and planet through our conscious thoughts and actions, are all part of the responsibility of free will choice.
Creating reality is all part of the responsibility of living as a mature, human being.

Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.
Dalai Lama
And by the definition of the word humanity, this statement is truthful. Love and compassion are the easiest things to share and spread. Our children are born with these traits, we are responsible for nurturing them and being an example. I know it’s not a perfect world, it may never be, but I do what I can to make it a little better for others. Simply put, that’s my reason for being.
Thanks for sharing everything that you are Stewart and thank you for giving me a place to respond.
Thanks for your insight and sharing these Truths. May God/Light Bless your efforts.
